PUMP , like any pre-workout product, should be consumed 20-30 minutes prior to your workout , this gives enough time for all of the active ingredients to enter your system and start kicking in. Please don't be that guy or gal who walks into the gym still sipping on a full shaker! If you're running PUMP solo, go straight for the full two-scoop serve. If the pump is too intense, go for a single scoop next time.
