You must return the product(s) within 30 days of the purchase date in order to qualify. Any returns outside 30 days will not be accepted. Products must be returned via tracked courier with signature, a tracking code must be provided to us via email (info@uglyface.co.nz).

Returned product(s) must be less than 20% used to qualify for a refund. (eg. 30 serve tub = no more than 6 scoops used).

Returned product(s) must be accompanied with a copy of your original order invoice/confirmation. (please note that bank statements will not be accepted).

You must complete the returns form below.

Once your product(s) have been received and processed, we will issue you a full refund or a credit of equal value to the original purchase price as stated on your receipt (less shipping & handling).

As the consumer, you agree and understand to cover any costs involved to receive a refund or store credit. Any shipping costs for the return will be incurred at the customer’s expense. UGLYFACE® will not refund any shipping costs.
