Shipping policy

We offer standard shipping within New Zealand and Australia through NZCouriers for most deliveries. For oversized products, we may use other carriers to ensure safe and efficient delivery. All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received, however most are sent the following business day, or same day if prior to our courier cut-off (midday/12pm). You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been sent. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We offer priority pick & pack shipping options at checkout. These options when selected mean we will pick & pack your order so that it’s ready to be collected by the courier within 24 hours (business day). Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or duty fees that may be charged for international orders.
