I normally struggle with food noise, especially on a cut but melt has made all of the food noise go away for me as well as the hunger queues I would get super bad! I have to remember to eat sometimes because my body isn’t feeling like it’s starving even on less calories, feels like I’m not even in a deficit but I am. Also helped a lot with cravings. Just ordered more, recommend this product for sure!

This is a great product - it definitely increases the sweat if I take it just before training, but more than that it makes me feel good for the day. No palpitations or wired feeling that some thermogenics cause, just steady energy. As someone with young kids, a full time job and 2 x daily training sessions it really helps to not have the afternoon crash!

Pop a couple of these first thing in the morning before a zone 2 cardio session & you'll be warm and sweating for hours. Maybe not the most suitable before heading to the office though.

Makes you SWEAT! Literally every part of you will be sweating! Arms, legs - dripping with sweat. I took 2 initially and still got a sweat, but 4 tablets is definitely sauna inducing material!! I did find that the pills felt like they got stuck in my throat a bit. Recommend taking one at a time with plenty of water in-between.

Give such a good energy boost in the morning - I am pumped on my way to work! Even after being up and down with a teething toddler! Sweated quite a bit at the gym but its also really hot at the moment. Haven't noticed a lot of fat loss per say however the energy and motivation these give me are AMAZING!

Holly molly this sup certainly does what it says it will. Every morning before I do my Zumba I take my melt and then start my workout building up a big sweat and im able to work out longer now because of melt it gives me so much energy highly recommend this product.
