Betaine, also known as Trimethylglycine, acts as both an osmolyte and a methyl donor.
The primary use of Betaine in PUMP V2 is the osmolyte properties - it helps to balance fluid levels inside and outside of cells, assisting with intracellular hyper-hydration. Nitrosigine® is a high-tech version of arginine. Regular arginine is a very poor nitric oxide precursor because it get's broken down by your gut before it can be introduced to the arginine-eNOS-nitric oxide pathway. I can feel it during my workouts specially when I have to run. It feels like some super Power runs through my legs. I guess more blood flow. Haha. But it feels good. Quite different to other pre workouts I have had in the past. I might try stacking it with Stim.

Taking 2 scoops of this along with HYDROPRIME as they compliment each other nicely. I workout after a 10-12 hour day at work so I have stim free pre, but when I do workout in the weekends I have this with a white MONSTER and it gets me through nicely. It is very citrusy and a bit strong for my liking, but I still enjoy it regardless. I will change to another flavor and see what that is like as this was the only flavor available when I purchased.

Following the on tub recommend usage first time around was repeat trip to some pretty bad G.I. distress. I just could not get Pump to work for me as a pre. I nearly abandoned it thinking it just wasn't something that was not built for my body. I'm glad I didn't. I tried switching to using it as an inter workout drink and it changed everything. What worked for me was one scoop in 600mls of water, and drinking a few small sips slowly in-between sets, spread out over 30 minutes to an hour. Half way through the session whatever we're working is noticeably switched on. Form becomes easier to get right because it gets easier to focus and engage the right muscles.. By the end of a session my muscles feel and look full and the pump lasts for hours. By using it during workouts instead of before I've also had no issues stacking it with other non pump pres. For context ideal workout for me is - roll out of bed, eat some creamy rice, drink a pre-workout and walk to the gym before I'm awake enough to think about hitting the snooze button. I find tuning into my body can be a challenge in the morning, but not so much with Pump. I'm sure many people can just smash this no worries. If you can't though, try slowing it down and using it during your sessions and see how you go. Now a regular part of my gym days and I have been hitting new PBs after being stuck for months. Also shout out to the steller customer support. It's obviously the people you're buying from really care about their product and their customers. If you've had any issues with pump juice or are trying this for the first time you should expect that you might need some trial and error to find the best usage for your body, but don't hesitate to give it a go.
